Yes, but the alternate shipping address needs to be on file with the bank that issued the credit card. Please have the alternate shipping address on file in the notes or memo section of your credit card account. We take this measure to protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud.
 
We do not ship COD internationally. Shipping COD is an option for selected and verified customers within the United States (requires credit checking and prior apporval)
 
We welcome Will-Call (Pickup) on all orders above $150. Orders below $150 must be shipped to you via your preferred shipping method.
 
Yes. The package carrier sends Email with tracking numbers and delivery address information the evening after your package ships, provided the Email address submitted with the order is correct. Orders shipped with USPS First Class Mail (Software and items below 1 lbs. in weight with Free Shipping option) will be issued a delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation is not a tracking no. This number is scanned by USPS only on the delivery of the item and it is mainly used by our shipping department as delivery confirmation.
 
We strive to ship all Next Day Air orders received before 4:00 PM Pacific Time, and all Ground, 3 Day Air and 2 Day Air orders received after 3:00 PM Pacific Time the next business day. This is our goal and we work diligently to reach this goal on a daily basis. However, this is not a guarantee. If you place a Next Day Air order before 2:00 PM or a Ground, 3 Day Air and 2 Day Air order before 3:00 PM and it does not ship the day you place your order, you are not eligible for a refund on the shipping charges
 
Yes, we do ship internationally. All International orders are subject to separate shipping quote or if the customer which to use his own shipping method we welcome Will-call method on all International orders.
 
Orders can only be placed with My PC Source via our website. Our website has been designed so that any assistance that you need to place an order can be found on the site itself. This enables us to reduce our support staff overhead and therefore pass those savings on to you. If however you can't find the help that you need please do send us an email or call us and we will assist you in placing your order. Resellers and corporate customers placing an order over $100 in total are excepted from this condition and they could place their orders over the phone by calling (800) 719-6972
 
We currently accept Visa / MasterCard / American Express, PayPal, Cashier Checks and Money Order (Subject to clearance)
 
Unfortunately, we do not accept personnel checks. All orders must be purchased using a valid Credit / Debit card or PayPa or Money order, Cashier Check.
 
If you are not at home when our couriers attempt to deliver your order then you will be left a contact card. You will need to contact the number on the card to arrange an alternate delivery time, or collection from your nearest branch if required.
 
As we are a product reseller we are only able to offer the advice that is available on our website. We advise you to visit the manufacturer website and make the necessary research prior to placing your order.
 
Our prices are generally the lowest within the market so we do not offer price matching on any products. We might consider price matching on order larger than $2500.00
 
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. This means that the product is for the use of system builders who would not necessarily need software and cables to install a product. Therefore OEM items are not guaranteed to come with any extras which would be supplied with the retail version. To ensure that software and cables are included please ensure that the retail version of the product is chosen.
 
Any items that have been ordered incorrectly can be returned to us within 30 days from the receipt date for a refund minus 20% restocking fees providing these have not been used and are fit for resale as new. We will not accept any return after these 30 days.
 
Yes. All orders will be shipped with a copy of the sales invoice attached to your order or inserted inside the box.

RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorisation. Your RMA number is the tracking number for your goods to come back to us. This identifies your return from any of the others we receive in our warehouse and is essential for us to process your return as quickly as possible once received back. We will not be able to accept goods back with just the request number as this is only your reference for the request details and not a tracking number.
 
You can set up a return by using the Order Return on line system available under the site upper navigation menu. Once your request is received an RMA number will be sent to you within 48 hours of the request along with the return address so that the goods can be sent back. Please ensure you have your RMA number and identify this clearly on the box before returning goods to us. We do request that you do not mark any retail packaging so you may wish to print and attach the returns page from our site instead.
 
You have the right to cancel the any order placed with us at any time up to the end of 30 days after you receive the goods. All cancelled orders must be received back in their original packing and are subject to 20% restocking fee (25% in the case of Free Shipped Items). Cancelled orders with open pack products are subject to higher restocking fees +30% and requires prior approval on case by case basis. To exercise this right of cancellation, you must give written notice to My PC Source by hand, mail, fax, email or via the RMA section of our website, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Further details for this are available on our terms and conditions.
 
Our returns turn around time is usually a maximum of 10 working days from the receipt of your goods. There are some RMAs that can be resolved within a couple of days but this is dependant on the nature of the return. Occasionally we will need to return a product to the manufacturer which can take a period of 28 days. We will inform you via your RMA notes and email if this is to be the case.
 
We request that our customers tell us as soon as possible about any discrepancies with orders. We will only accept a return request for damaged or incorrectly sent items inside a period of 7 days from signature for the order. We consider this sufficient time to check the order. Items not required and faulty goods can be accepted up to a period of 30 days but are subject to a restocking fee.
